FAM Trip Coordination

SITUATION

WILD PR has provided multi-year public relations support for Castle Mountain Resort with the goal of raising the profile of the resort – particularly for the Southern Alberta market. WILD has facilitated numerous key announcements for the resort, including major infrastructure upgrades and messaging around COVID-19 related changes to operations. In addition, WILD manages a robust familiarization or “FAM” trip program for Castle annually to promote the winter ski season.

- Itinerary planning
Secure coverage from media in Calgary, Lethbridge and surrounding communities, including outlets like Global News, the Calgary Herald, Daily Hive, Avenue Magazine, 660 News, CTV News, and more
Garner coverage in wider-reaching outlets such as The Weather Network, Snowshoe Magazine, FLY Radio, Snow Online, etc.
Manage on-site media preview days of approximately 10-30 media including the coordination of meals, tours on the mountain, lessons for kids, snow cat experiences and apres-ski fun
